Cottage accommodation rates include:
Use of tennis court, table tennis, gas BBQ at each cottage and wood fires in winter. Please use the following rates as a guide only - your tariff will be confirmed when you make an enquiry or booking.

Please ask us about discounts for stays of 3 nights or longer.

	Overseer's cottage 2 persons, twin share Self catering from $200.00 Bed and breakfast from $230.00 Minimum 2 night stay

Extra Persons
Adults - from $40.00 per person, per night
Extra breakfasts - from $10.00 per person
Children (up to 16 years) - from $30.00 per child per night

Minimum charges apply for long weekends and Christmas - New Year period

Guided Tours of Historic Buildings and Displays

Booking Conditions

A deposit of $100.00 per cottage is required to confirm your booking. Full accommodation payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival.

If payment schedule is not followed, your booking is not confirmed and the cottage may be re-booked. The deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable to another booking if the original booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival. A transferred deposit is valid for another booking of equal or greater value, is valid up to 1 year from the date the deposit is paid and is not valid for peak periods.

Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid, unless the cottage is re-booked for all dates by another guest or guests (in which case the deposit only is not refunded).

Travel insurance is recommended.

Bookings are accepted on the condition that guests leave the cottages in a clean condition. Poltalloch Station reserves the right to charge guests a bond or an additional cleaning fee if required.
